Sometimes, we all need a bit of comfort food, don’t we? And at LoCho, we think there’s nothing more comforting than a good old-fashioned cheese toastie.
Poached eggs. Cherry tomatoes. Streaky bacon. Curry butter. Cucumbers and soy sauce. A quick Google search tells you that you can put practically anything on your avocado on toast!
We’ve all seen these super healthy, super low carb ‘sandwiches’ where the bread has been replaced with a giant lettuce leaf. Delicious? Arguably. Nutritious? Certainly. But a real sandwich? No way!
