Product Queries:

What makes LoCho bread lower in carbs?

While the average seeded loaf contains between 47-55g of carbs per 100g, our loaf has less than 6g per 100g, making it the ideal choice. It’s low carb bread… but not as you know it!

How fresh is LoCho bread?

Every LoCho loaf arrives at your door directly from our bakery. We bake, cool, slice, package, and send, giving you peace of mind that your loaf will have that telltale fresh bread feel. Every time.

Are all LoCho ingredients natural?

The LoCho loaf is made from all-natural ingredients which have been sustainability sourced – where possible, from local growers and suppliers. We’ve combined wheat gluten – which gives the loaf its bouncy texture – with a carefully selected seed mix to produce a low carb loaf like no other. While most seed breads are linseed/flax-based, we’ve enhanced our linseed with sunflower seeds and chia seeds. This is what gives our loaf that incredible flavour and bite.

Is the LoCho loaf suitable for vegetarians?

It certainly is! Our loaf is 100% vegetarian-friendly, and forms part of a healthy vegetarian diet.

Does the loaf freeze well?

Yes! Our loaf freezes wonderfully.
We’ve developed the LoCho bread recipe to hold up perfectly to freezing. So when your delivery arrives at your door, keep one out for enjoying now, and pop two away in the freezer for later.
Freezing LoCho products is easy. Either put them in the freezer as they come, or separate the slices/rolls into individual portions, place them in a food bag (we love reusable ones!), and freeze. Remove from the freezer a couple of hours before you need it, and allow it to defrost at room temperature.
Your LoCho loaf and rolls will feel and taste as fresh as the day they were delivered. Guaranteed.

Does the loaf contain palm oil?

Our loaf contains RSPO-certified sustainable palm oil.

What’s the serving size of a LoCho loaf?

One serving is equivalent to one slice of bread, which weighs around 23g on average.

Is LoCho bread high in protein?

Yes! With the average loaf containing between 6-8g of protein per 100g the Locho bread contains just under 24g per 100g

Is Locho bread low in sugar?

Locho bread is very low in sugar with only 1.27g per 100g

What is the fibre content of LoCho low-carb bread?

Rolls = 14.8g per 100g or 9.62g per roll
Loaf = 14.8g per 100g or 3.40g per 23g slice
