The LoCho loaf is made from natural ingredients which have been sustainability sourced – where possible, from local growers and suppliers. We’ve combined wheat gluten – which gives the loaf its bouncy texture – with a carefully selected seed mix to produce a reduced-carb loaf like no other.
We’ve enhanced our linseed with sunflower seeds and chia seeds. This is what gives our loaf that incredible flavour and bite.

Does the loaf freeze well?
Yes! Our loaf freezes wonderfully, in fact we recommend that you freeze as soon as you receive them and defrost as required. Its fresh bread so carries a best before of 7 days.
